Introduction
Reporting to the Human Resources Director - North America and the General Manager - Eastern Region, you will lead a team of two HR Business Partners based at in the St-Hyacinthe and St-Félix-de-Valois offices. You will also be an integral part of the North American HR leadership team and the Eastern Region management committee.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will align business strategies with HR objectives, developing and executing annual HR plans. In this role, you will advise and support the executive committee and management team in strategic and tactical HR planning, focusing on key areas such as:
- Setting strategic goals.
- Driving performance at both the people and business levels.
- Developing talent and succession plans.
- Workforce planning to enhance organizational capacity and meet future needs.
- Promoting and implementing the HR operating model.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
- Experience: 7–10 years as an HR generalist, with experience in management roles.
- Experience working in the Quebec market with a deep understanding of Quebec labour laws and regulations.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Manufacturing experience, specifically working with a unionized workforce and managing relationships with various unions.
- Experience working across multiple provinces is an asset.
- Proven expertise in change management and influencing at all levels.
- Willingness to travel within the Atlantic region and North America and to collaborate with teams in other regions.

Introduction
Relevant du Directeur des Ressources Humaines - Amérique du Nord et du Directeur Général - Région de l'Est, vous dirigerez une équipe de deux Partenaires d'Affaires RH basés dans les bureaux de St-Hyacinthe et de St-Félix-de-Valois. Vous serez également un membre clé de l'équipe de direction des ressources humaines en Amérique du Nord ainsi que du comité de gestion de la région de l'Est.
Responsabilités
En tant que Gestionnaire Principal des Ressources Humaines, vous alignerez les stratégies d'affaires avec les objectifs RH en développant et en exécutant des plans RH annuels. Dans ce rôle, vous conseillerez et soutiendrez le comité exécutif et l'équipe de direction dans la planification stratégique et tactique des RH, en mettant l'accent sur les domaines clés suivants:
- Définition des objectifs stratégiques.
- Optimisation de la performance aux niveaux humain et organisationnel.
- Développement des talents et élaboration de plans de succession.
- Planification stratégique de la main-d'œuvre pour renforcer les capacités organisationnelles et anticiper les besoins futurs.
- Promotion et mise en œuvre du modèle opérationnel des RH.
Exigences
- Formation: Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe (un diplôme de maîtrise est un atout).
- Expérience: 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en tant que généraliste RH, avec des fonctions à des niveaux de gestion.
- Expérience dans le marché québécois avec une compréhension approfondie des lois et réglementations du travail au Québec.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, en particulier avec une main-d'œuvre syndiquée et la gestion de relations avec divers syndicats.
- Expérience de travail dans plusieurs provinces (un atout).
- Expertise avérée en gestion du changement et capacité d'influencer à tous les niveaux.
- Volonté de voyager dans la région de l'Atlantique et en Amérique du Nord, avec une collaboration active avec des équipes dans d'autres régions.
