Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and contractors
Conduct site visits, lead meetings, and support construction administration
Mentor junior staff and drive project delivery excellence

7+ years in mechanical engineering, with 3+ years in project management
~ Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and standards including ASHRAE, CSA, NFPA, and OBC
~ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
