Career Growth: Be part of a company with exciting potential for personal and professional development Competitive Salary & Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, paramedical, and vision care Inclusive & Supportive Work Environment: We are committed to your success and offer positive, collaborative work culture Job Duties & Responsibilities: General Maintenance & Repair Perform repair on assigned maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Conduct repairs to walls, doors and trim by patching, painting, caulking or applying other finishes Repair or replace doors, hardware, locks, closet doors, etc. Troubleshoot and complete minor repair on appliances, plumbing, electrical, and other areas of general maintenance throughout units and common areas Assist with building systems shutdowns Maintain tools and supplies and ensure safe usage of equipment Track usage of materials and requests restock of essential items when necessary Assist with landscaping and maintain curb appeal when required Unit Turnover & Renovations Perform full or partial unit or building renovations Flooring removal and installation (vinyl, carpet, or tile) Wall preparation - drywall repair or replacement and painting Kitchen and bathroom fixture removal and installation (cabinets, countertops, sinks, vanities, plumbing, etc.) Installation of new fixtures, appliances and hardware Ensure all renovation work is completed within defined timelines and workspaces are clear and free of renovation debris Emergency Response & On-Call Duties Participate in occasional on-call coverage during staff absences and shortages as required by management Respond to urgent issues promptly to minimize tenant disruption and property damage Secure the property in case of fire alarms, lockouts or other related incidents Log all emergency calls and actions taken Communication & Reporting Maintain clear and professional communication with tenants, property managers, vendors and colleagues Document all tenant interactions, maintenance requests and incidents clearly and accurately in company systems or logbooks Relay maintenance issues or building concerns that require escalation to the Property Manager in a timely manner Other duties assigned by management.
