**About Us**:
We are a fast-paced and growing property and condo management company located in London, Ontario. We manage a large portfolio of residential and condo rental properties and pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of property care and tenant satisfaction. We're currently looking to expand our in-house maintenance team with a skilled and reliable **Property Maintenance Technician**.

**Position Overview**:
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our rental units in top shape. You’ll be on the road daily, traveling between properties to perform minor repairs, general maintenance, and upkeep. This hands-on role requires someone who is adaptable, dependable, and able to troubleshoot a wide variety of household issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clear and clean sink and tub drains
- Paint touch-ups and small-scale painting jobs
- Hang window screens and perform minor window hardware fixes
- Repair broken interior items (e.g., transition strips, hinges, handles)
- Change light bulbs and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Assist in lifting and moving appliances with team members
- Lawn care duties such as trimming, weeding, and cleanup
- Minor drywall repairs (patching, sanding)
- Water damage cleanup and restoration prep
- Junking out units (removing old furniture, trash, and debris)
- Many more handyman skills

- Consistent work hours and property assignments throughout London
- Benefit matching after 6 months of full time work

**Qualifications**:

- General handyman/maintenance experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects with assistance
- Good problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and professional with tenants and team members
- Basic understanding of household systems (plumbing, drywall, electrical)

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- On-site work at various rental properties throughout London, Ontario and surrounding areas.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
