What You'll Do (The Short Version)

Be the Boss: Lead, inspire, and grow your regional team. Set the vision, make it happen.

Land Big Fish: Build relationships with senior execs at top companies — and help them hire their next rockstars.

Deliver Like a Pro: Make sure every search is flawless from kickoff to placement.

Spot the Gaps: Know where the market is going and find the opportunities before anyone else.

Grow the Business: From new clients to fresh service ideas, you'll have a seat at the global strategy table.

Who You Are

You've been in executive search (or something similar) for a while — you know how to run senior-level searches like a boss.

You know your regional market inside out — who's hiring, who's firing, and who's about to blow up.

You're a relationship builder — with clients, candidates, your team, and anyone you meet at a trade show bar.

You get the business side — budgets, P&L, metrics, and what actually moves the needle.

You like leading from the front — mentoring, coaching, and building a killer team is your jam.

You're hungry to build something big — this isn't a maintenance role; this is about growth.
