Their duties include installation, troubleshooting and repairs. The role also involves troubleshooting equipment, advising customers, building relationships, and creating service call reports. Key Responsibilities: Installation of structured cabling systems, pulling, terminating and testing copper and fiber cabling as per specifications and customer requirements. Troubleshoot and test various network and connectivity related issues. Installation of network equipment and LAN room buildouts. Installation of cable support systems i.e. cable tray, conduit, and J-hooks. Site surveys to determine project requirements. Design and install cable pathway and support systems i.e. cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks, conduit.
