VistaPrint seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor to manage purchasing and team initiatives. Drive success through effective supply chain management and mentor a skilled team. As a Supply Chain Supervisor at VistaPrint, you will play a key role in purchasing raw materials and leading a team of planners. This position requires 5+ years of supply chain experience, including supervision, and proficiency with SAP. You will focus on balancing inventory levels and developing process optimizations to ensure compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the supply chain team for maximum performance
- Ensure accurate purchasing and logistical operations
- Balance raw material inventory against working capital requirements
- Analyze data and track key performance metrics
- Coordinate with procurement for supplier negotiations
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field is required
- At least 5 years in supply chain management, including 3 in a supervisory role
- Direct experience with ERP systems like SAP
- Strong operational and inventory management knowledge
- Ability to operate independently and travel when necessary
