Lead a multidisciplinary team as the Manager of Systems Integration with NAV CANADA in a hybrid work model. Ensure the design and operational readiness of Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems. In this essential role, you will oversee a diverse team responsible for integrating and certifying ATM systems used both domestically and internationally. Your leadership will focus on system interoperability, operational safety, and adherence to industry standards. With a strong emphasis on professional growth, you'll facilitate team collaboration while achieving complex integration projects that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers
- Lead complex ATM systems integration and design
- Collaborate with senior management on engineering priorities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Oversee lifecycle support and operational readiness activities
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science
- 5-8 years in Systems Engineering or Integration
- 2-3 years in a formal leadership role
- Knowledge of safety-critical systems
- Familiarity with engineering methodologies and Azure DevOps
