Your strategic thinking and expertise will make a real difference; we can't wait to welcome you In this position, you will have the opportunity to: Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy GroupAct as a front-line resource for the supervisory team and 150 production employees in HR managementWork closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure the staffing processAdvise managers on the administration, interpretation, and application of the current collective agreementAdvise managers on required employee management interventions, such as disciplinary measuresEnsure compliance with and adherence to human resources policies and procedures and provide guidance on their interpretationParticipate in the implementation of strategies for workforce retention, skills development, and overall healthManage and monitor administrative files related to disabilities and occupational health and safetyProvide support in the coordination of training activitiesSupport employees on all matters relating to the interpretation of working conditions, policies, and procedures in effectActively participate in various HR projects and support the HR department in carrying out various mandates Make a difference at Soucy Apply to join our HR team now.Profile With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or another relevant field3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist position in the manufacturing sectorAutonomy and excellent priority management skillsDiscretion, judgment, and professionalismProven teamwork and results-oriented skills Benefits designed to take you far Group insurance with plans that adapt to your realityAn RRSP with employer contributions for solid financesAn employee and family assistance program (EFAP) and access to telemedicine services for a helping hand when you need itYour membership in the Certified Human Resources Advisors Association (CHRA) paid for by your employer And even more Support for your development to advance your career
