Workland is excited to present you with a great opportunity to work in the manufacturing sector for one of our clients located in the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu area.

Based on the South Shore of Montreal,** our client **is in full expansion and is looking for a **Human Resources Advisor**, passionate about the human resources field, to join their team.

**JOB SUMMARY**

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will work closely with all of our employees and will be supported by the company's leaders in your daily activities. You will participate in a variety of HR projects that will help develop the required core competencies of all employees of the company. The ability to manage multiple projects, balance workloads, communicate effectively with team members and complete projects in a short time frame will be critical to your success. You will also have the opportunity to engage sites, implement programs and communicate changes and assist with training to ensure organization initiatives are implemented and supported.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**
- Being the first point of contact for employees and managers;
- Ensure the development and revision of new employee integration programs;
- Advise the management team on corrective measures to be adopted;
- Convey the company's values while actively listening to employees and managers;
- Active participation in the recruitment process and integration of employees;
- Participation in the development of employee training;
- Support the occupational health and safety program ;
- Important implication in payroll and benefits program ;
- Perform any other duties necessary for the smooth operation of the Human Resources department.

**THE JOB REQUIREMENTS ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources or industrial relations (or in the process of obtaining) or equivalent experience;
- Emotional intelligence;
- Friendly, cheerful and a team player;
- Organized, structured and efficient time management;
- Good computer and office suite skills;
- Ability to adapt to various management styles and settings.
- Great oral and written communication skills (French and English);
