RESPEC is in search of a dedicated Drilling Engineer to lead diverse drilling projects in a dynamic consulting environment. This role focuses on exploratory drilling and well designs, offering abundant opportunities for impactful contributions.
As a Drilling Engineer at RESPEC, you will be instrumental in overseeing the complete project lifecycle from initiation to execution. Ideal candidates will have a robust technical foundation and excel in collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams. You'll develop innovative drilling programs and ensure that each project aligns with budget and schedule objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to execution
- Lead drilling efforts for various well types
- Develop detailed well designs and drilling programs
- Prepare and manage AFE documents and budgets
- Monitor project performance and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (petroleum, geological, or mining)
- Minimum five years of drilling engineering experience
- Strong background in well design and AFE preparation
- Effective client relationship management skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
