As a member of the management team, you will work closely with the Director, along with other key internal and external partners, in growing the nursing program within the region. The Clinical Practice Lead will be accountable for the administration, organization and management of Community Nursing teams, ensuring the achievement of quality care standards that are consistent with the core values of the organization including patient-centeredness, excellence, partnership, and accountability. The Nurse Manager - Clinical Practice Lead will also be responsible for operational and leadership functions including meeting performance targets, onboarding and orientation of new nurses, and continued mentorship, teaching, and performance management of teams. During the growth phase of the program, the Nurse Manager - Clinical Practice Lead will operate in a working manager capacity.
