Location: Hybrid (one day per week in office, downtown Montreal)

As a licensed Retirement Consultant your work will directly contribute to our mission of helping clients achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives. As a member of our Client Solutions team, you will support Sun Life clients with their retirement needs by speaking with clients over the phone and providing recommendations that meet their needs.

Proactively call existing Group Retirement Savings plan members (Sun Life clients) who are at or approaching retirement to discuss retirement income options to meet their stage of life.
Provide investment advice to clients, through consultation related to their financial needs, including savings, and retirement income.
Partner with clients to be ‘retirement ready’ through the use of financial planning tools.
Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with clients over the phone
Minimum of 1-3 years of related sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide
Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP) or Insurance of person license in Quebec (1a)

Experience selling wealth products over the phone
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or Financial planner designation (IQPF)
Canadian Investment Fund Course (IFIC)
