We help our clients build smart infrastructure and optimize their operations through supply chain strategy, technology, and physical infrastructure practices. As Salesforce Consultant, you’ll play a vital role at LIDD. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map.

**Requirements**:
**Tasks**
- Analyze customer needs and requirements
- Identify Salesforce technology opportunities
- Manage Salesforce enhancement projects
- Deliver, oversee and ensure quality implementations of Salesforce projects from start to finish on time and within budget
- Provide product and capability expertise when scoping out and delivering projects
- Establish and maintain process documentation, ensure standard operating procedures are followed.

**Desired Background**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business, technology, engineering, or in a related field.
- Bilingual French and English. (Spanish and/or Korean will be considered an asset).
- Experience with systems development life cycle
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent organizational, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of complex supply chain projects and solutions

**Desired Skills and Knowledge**
- Proactive, driven, and work independently
- Knowledge or certifications in technologies such as Sitecore, Adobe, Hybris, Pega or Salesforce solutions highly desirable
- Experience working within the Consulting services industry
