Qorali is proud to be partnering with a next generation energy solutions company based in Canada dedicated to transforming how the world powers its future. Together, we're searching for a Business Central Applications Manager to lead the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP systems, centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .

This role blends technical leadership, business insight, and team management to support enterprise-wide operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on sustainable and intelligent energy technologies.

What You’ll Need
~5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/ERP
~ Strong critical thinking, project planning, and multitasking skills
~ Proven leadership in ERP team and project management
~ Expertise in ERP deployment, maintenance, and optimization
~ Proficient in Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication


Preferred Qualifications:

~5+ implementation and management with Dynamics 365 Business Central
~ Experience with at least three full lifecycle ERP implementations
~ Background in energy tech, retail manufacturing, or wholesale
~ Functional knowledge of all BC modules and PLM systems
~ Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate
~ Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
~ Six Sigma or APICS certification
~ Understanding of licensing and royalty structures
~ French speaking
