In this role, you are not just a sales professional; you are the orchestrator of transformation, the trusted C-suite advisor, and the central champion for revenue growth through the Salesforce ecosystem. You will leverage your deep business acumen and sales expertise to build lasting executive relationships, drive new client acquisition, and expand our retainer-based book of business while ensuring our "white glove service" reputation translates into measurable success and sustainable revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client Leadership & Revenue OperationsAct as Executive Sponsor and lead for top-tier clients, providing strategic guidance and Revenue Operations best practicesBuild and maintain a retainer-based book of business, driving sales growth through targeted client acquisitionDirectly contribute to and oversee significant ARR volume by improving client health and demonstrating measurable valueSales & Business Development ExcellenceManage the entire sales process from prospecting to close and renewal across multiple opportunities simultaneouslyCommunicate compelling value propositions clearly to C-suite leaders, demonstrating ROI through recommended Salesforce solutionsRepresent Ateko as a sought-after speaker and thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystemProject Oversight & LeadershipOversee delivery of client work for retainers and project engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and successCollaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and other team members on requirements gathering, design, development, and testingAct as a professional and positive mentor to other team members, sharing domain expertise to help grow the practice, fostering a growth mindset, and reinforcing company valuesRequired QualificationsC-Suite Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven experience selling to C-suite leaders with demonstrated ability to clearly communicate compelling value propositions of complex solutionsClient Advocacy & Executive Sponsorship: This role is not transactional; it involves continuous partnership and accountability to the client throughout the engagement. You must have proven success as a dedicated Executive Sponsor for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a white-glove experience and acting as a consistent client advocate.
