What You’ll Need 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/ERP Strong critical thinking, project planning, and multitasking skills Proven leadership in ERP team and project management Expertise in ERP deployment, maintenance, and optimization Proficient in Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication Preferred Qualifications: 5+ implementation and management with Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience with at least three full lifecycle ERP implementations Background in energy tech, retail manufacturing, or wholesale Functional knowledge of all BC modules and PLM systems Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate Six Sigma or APICS certification Understanding of licensing and royalty structures French speaking Leadership & Team Development Build and nurture a high-performing team culture Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management Conduct regular reviews and support professional growth Provide mentorship and technical guidance
