Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our organization. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees. Oversee and manage performance review process that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. Provide decision support through HR metrics. Coordinate training and development programs. Lead the company Culture Committee and assist in organizing social events. Manage & organize other culture initiatives to drive employee engagement. Qualifications Proven working experience as HR Manager or other relevant HR role. 5+ years experience and CHRP certification is preferred. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Experience with ADP is an asset. Experience managing diverse, distributed teams (remote and in-office). Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Thorough knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
