Drive change as a Hybrid Organizational Development Specialist for CGL’s Human Resources. This temporary full-time role enhances organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. You will collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve Organizational Development and Performance strategies. Your analytical skills and experience with HR programs will be key in developing tools that foster a dynamic work environment. Engage with stakeholders to ensure programs meet evolving employee needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain OD&P processes and resources
- Coordinate employee listening and talent planning initiatives
- Conduct assessments to enhance team dynamics
- Facilitate informational sessions for HR staff and stakeholders
- Manage communication materials on internal platforms
- Post-secondary degree in HR or similar field
- Three+ years’ experience in HR or related areas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Strong research, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexibly within a hybrid model
