Senior Operations Director (Saskatoon Based) Canada’s largest 100% First Nations-owned hospitality company is looking for a Senior Operations Director. Based at our Saskatoon head office, this role is perfect for a proven or up-and-coming business leader, especially one who is Indigenous.

Reporting to the managing director, you will play a critical role in delivering our organization's vision and promises, via our Uranium, Exploration, and McIlvenna Bay operations. You will provide oversight and guidance to ensure our daily “bread & butter” business objectives are met among our team leaders. Collaboration and consultation are paramount to ensuring we provide high quality services to our clients; Success in this role requires you to manage multiple portfolios, by ensuring compliance with company polices and directives. You must ensure financial performance expectations are met and confirm contractual obligations to our clients are fulfilled. Additionally, you will monitor and ensure development of realistic and accurate forecasts. Management experience in the hospitality industry is a strongly preferred asset. You will require a demonstrated ability to develop, analyze, and interpret financial data/reports. You must be business savvy with strong working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices. Proven time management and organization skills are critical, as well as prioritizing time-sensitive matters. A candidate of Indigenous ancestry is preferred but not essential.
