Key Responsibilities:
- Foster delightful guest interactions daily
- Control inventory and schedule staff work
- Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist in product ordering when necessary
- Plan special events and coordinate training efforts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in restaurant operations essential
- Supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills necessary
- Ability to lift 10 to 30 pounds regularly
