As an Assistant Manager at Subway®, you will play a crucial role in guest experience and restaurant operations. Managing a team of 4-12, you will assign tasks, supervise staff, and handle inventory control. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring restaurant safety, planning events, and maintaining cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest experiences throughout restaurant operations
- Ensure food is prepared and served to high standards
- Maintain a clean and appealing restaurant environment
- Manage inventory and assist with product ordering
- Schedule and supervise staff daily
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in restaurant operations and supervision preferred
- Excellent communication skills with team members
- Computer skills for Point of Sale systems
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
