As a Shift Manager with Subway®, you'll enhance the guest experience while ensuring quality food service. Oversee restaurant operations, both front and back of house, for a clean and functional restaurant.
This role involves a mix of leadership and training, specifically supervising staff and providing guidance to Sandwich ArtistsTM. You'll also implement inventory control standards and ensure all equipment is functioning properly during your shifts. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and food preparation
- Schedule and supervise team members effectively
- Implement inventory control and organization
- Ensure proper functioning of restaurant equipment
- Complete necessary paperwork during shifts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage various restaurant areas
- Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
