Reliability & Continuous Improvement Specialist Introduction Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Automated Production, or Metallurgical Engineering (or equivalent). 5 to 8 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Working experience in a unionized setting is a strong asset. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Good understanding of HSE standards and reliability principles. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and process teams to identify and resolve downtime or quality issues. Leading improvement projects and promoting a culture of operational excellence. Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). Driving cost optimization and process efficiency initiatives. Leading Kaizen, SMED, 5S workshops, and internal audits. Standardizing operational procedures and encouraging best practices across departments.
