As Corporate Director of New Development and Campus Living, you will oversee Navion Senior Solutions communities from development through ongoing operations. Your work spans Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, with accountability for financial, operational, occupancy, and quality goals. Frequent travel supports communities and development sites across the Southeast Region.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate development activities and developer partnershipsPlan pre-opening readiness for new communitiesLead sales, lease-up, and occupancy effortsManage opening, handoff, and stabilizationDirect ongoing operational and financial leadershipRequirements:
Progressive senior living operations leadership experienceExperience opening communities and leading lease-up preferredKnowledge of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory CareWorking knowledge of licensing, OSHA, fire, and safety codesValid unrestricted administrator's license and driver's licenseApply senior living operations, financial management, and project planning expertise to Navion's growing Campus Living communities.
