This leadership position requires a candidate with significant experience in hospitality management and a passion for improving the lives of seniors. As the Executive Director, you'll oversee daily operations and manage a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to residents. Your expertise in recruitment, financial oversight, and strategic initiative implementation will directly enhance resident satisfaction and occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations to deliver superior living experiences
- Oversee recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff
- Implement policies for compliance with industry regulations
- Drive sales strategies to boost occupancy rates
- Foster strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience in senior living or hospitality
- Proven leadership in a unionized setting
- Strong financial acumen and operational skills
- Commitment to communication and collaboration
- Ability to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
