Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un technicien informatique motivé et compétent pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en support technique et en maintenance des systèmes informatiques.

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer le support technique aux utilisateurs (niveau 1 et 2)
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir le matériel informatique et les logiciels
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels
  • Gérer les comptes utilisateurs et les permissions
  • Effectuer des sauvegardes régulières et assurer la sécurité des données
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des systèmes et des processus informatiques
  • Documenter les procédures et les solutions apportées

Compétences requises :

  • Diplôme en informatique ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience préalable en tant que technicien informatique
  • Connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation Windows et Linux
  • Compétences en réseau et en sécurité informatique
  • Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et autonome
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
