Proactively manage risks, dependencies and changes that may impact delivery.* Ensure optimal allocation of resources and skills across teams. Monitor key delivery metrics, ensuring transparency and visibility.* Drive the continuous improvement of delivery processes and practices across the organization.* Monitor and report on performance of product and service delivery, ensuring alignment with objectives.
