Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and SVP of Strategic Initiatives, this role provides hands‑on experience in managing high-visibility projects, including business integrations and process improvements. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a proactive, “get it done” attitude. You will report directly to theSenior Project Manager, or SVP Strategic Initiatives and regularly collaborate the Commercial, Middle Office, and Back Office function. How We Work As a Senior Project Coordinator, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Vancouver, CA office Formal, hands‑on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Assisting in planning and executing strategic initiatives and business integration projects. Coordinating project tasks, track milestones, and maintain detailed project documentation. Supporting stakeholder communications and assist with executive reporting. Helping identify risks and dependencies, escalating issues as needed to senior project leaders. Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to support business cases and recommendations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Technology, and Compliance. Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a related field Exposure to financial services, fintech, or corporate environments preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence). Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
