Role Overview : Director of Sales We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead our Canada & U.S. growth strategy from our Vancouver/Toronto, ON office. You will own revenue generation, sales strategy, and team leadership, while playing a key role in shaping CTMS's expansion across major U.S. markets. This role requires exceptional drive, relationship‑building skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals in a fast‑moving environment. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for remote work where appropriate. What You'll Do Lead and grow the Canada/U.S. sales organization, owning revenue targets and pipeline strategy Drive new business acquisition across key verticals: corporate travel, sports, entertainment, logistics, and events. Manage and expand strategic accounts with a high-touch, partnership‑focused approach Deliver coaching, mentorship, and performance leadership to the sales team Build B2B sales playbooks, outreach scripts, training programs, and KPIs Conduct high‑level negotiations and close enterprise‑level contracts Collaborate closely with the COO on strategic planning and U.S. market growth Ensure a premium client experience and exceptional service delivery across all touchpoints What We're Looking For 5+ years in Sales and Sales Leadership, ideally in corporate travel, hospitality, logistics, or related industries Proven ability to generate leads, close multi‑six‑figure deals, and exceed quota Strong experience leading and developing sales teams Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A strategic thinker with strong operational discipline Entrepreneurial mindset, competitive energy, and team‑first leadership Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an asset) Travel management industry experience is a major advantage Why Join CTMS?
