SUMMARY

The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting daily functions for the Home Entertainment (HE) sales team.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Item Set Ups:

Ensure all items set ups materials are ready on time for all accounts.

Help PM team to maintain and update all NPI materials and databases.

Complete New Item Set Up forms.

Coordinate online bundles with Costco.

Ensure all websites are showing full LG product assortment accurately, including:

  • Reviews & syndication
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Description
  • Transactability (can be ordered)
  • Fix any discrepancy issues

Reporting:

Daily sales report

Ad hoc reports

Travel & Entertainment Budget Management and Processing:

Budgeting

Expense processing for VP's

Assist with flight and trip bookings

Coordinate show and meeting attendance with customers (CES / KBIS / Korea-HQ / office customer visits / managers’ meetings)

Displays and Special Events Coordination

Coordinate dealer show events and manage STA/DFI NPI show form

Other:

Sales target / Monthly MBO management / Tracking (BP allocation)

Agency commission management

KNOWLDEGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • University degree with specialization in Business (preferred)
  • 2- 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate-Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a high stress environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who enjoys customer contact and is passionate about problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task with various competing priorities
  • High sense of confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
