This role is ideal for someone starting their career in marketing who wants to gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas—from social media and email marketing to content creation and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will support day‑to‑day marketing activities, help create engaging content, and assist with executing campaigns that build awareness and drive engagement for TechInsights.What You’ll DoSocial Media MarketingCreate and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platformsMonitor engagement and assist with community management by responding to comments and messagesHelp brainstorm and execute social campaigns that support product launches, webinars, and content promotionsTrack performance metrics and compile simple reports on engagement trendsEmail & Landing Page SupportAssist in building and sending marketing emails and newsletters using Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)Help create and update landing pages, ensuring content accuracy and consistent brandingSupport A/B testing efforts to optimize email and landing page performanceProofread content and test links, forms, and layouts before campaign launchesContent CreationHelp write short‑form copy for emails, social posts, and landing pagesCoordinate with designers and content creators to ensure timely delivery of campaign materialsAssist in creating basic graphics or resizing visuals using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteCampaign CoordinationSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and webinarsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign deadlines are metMaintain marketing calendars and assist with tracking deliverablesGeneral Marketing SupportHelp with updating marketing assets and ensuring brand consistency across materialsConduct light research to support content creation and campaign strategyProvide administrative support for various marketing initiatives as neededWhat You’ll BringExperience0-2 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital marketing, email marketing, and CRM systemsBachelor’s Degree, College Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related fieldTechnical SkillsBasic understanding of Pardot or similar marketing automation toolsFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM or similarExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar creative toolsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Basic HTML/CSS knowledgeSkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environmentAs part of the recruitment process for this position, you will be required to submit your latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information.
