As the Operations Manager at ODRA Road Sweepers you can expect a fast‑paced and engaging work environment. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency in production processes, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics, and fostering team collaboration. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing resources, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. In addition, you will hold regular meetings with your team to discuss project progress and encourage innovative solutions to enhance performance. Your expected schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, allowing you to maintain a balanced work‑life routine while focusing on operational excellence.
