The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, and collaborating closely with development and operations teams to streamline our software delivery process. What You’ll Do 
  • Participate in the design and implementation of automated solutions for building and deploying developed software to production and non-production environments. 
  • Participate in the design of hosting solutions for deployed software focusing on availability and scalability. 
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar. 
  • Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef. 
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security. 
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot build and deployment issues. 
  • Implement and maintain containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. 
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation of repetitive tasks. 
  • Participate in on-call rotations for incident response and resolution. 
  • Assist with guiding development teams on best practices pertaining to achieving DevOps goals. 
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in DevOps and cloud infrastructure. 
What You’ll Need 
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a DevOps role, with exposure to designing and implementing automated software delivery pipelines focusing on continuous integration and deployment (i.e., Azure DevOps). 
  • Exceptional problem solving, and analytical skills required for delivering solutions within deadlines.  
  • Proficiency in version control and code documentation (i.e., Git, SVN) 
  • Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures 
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.  
  • Experience in designing and deploying applications in cloud environments. 
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (i.e., PowerShell, YAML, C#, Bicep, Python) 
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes) and their use in achieving scalable and portable software deployments. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
