We are in immediate need for Construction Superintendents who have the knowledge, skills and ability to lead diverse scopes of work in on various projects around Western Canada. You will benefit professionally by working within a dynamic team, and growing your overall skillset.
**Job Purpose**:
This position reports to the Director of Field Operations and works directly with our Project Teams. Superintendents are ultimately responsible for managing all daily construction activities on their site. **The individual will need to demonstrate experience in commercial, retail petroleum, or light industrial construction.**
**Desired Background**:
- Minimum of 3+ years of Superintendent level work experience on projects in the $1 - $10 million range
- Must have computer skills and effective typing, verbal, and written communication skills
- Have the capacity to learn and become proficient in a variety of technologies
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract requirements
- Willingness to travel out of town is an asset

**Salary**: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- Ground Up Construction: 3 years (preferred)
- TI Construction: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (required)
