Senior Accountant Location: Lloydminster, AB Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for accuracy, efficiency, and financial integrity? Jetstream Personnel Consulting is seeking a Senior Accountant on behalf of our client — a respected and growing organization in the Lloydminster area. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to play a key role in maintaining financial excellence and supporting long-term business growth. What We Offer Competitive annual salary : $75,000 – $80,000 , based on experience Comprehensive health and dental benefits Monday to Friday schedule with stable hours Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to make a lasting impact in a well-established organization Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP Support internal and external reporting requirements and financial analysis Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures Oversee Accounts Payable processes, including vendor payments and reporting Support Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations Assist with audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements within the finance function Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance , or a related field (required) Minimum 5 years of accounting experience , including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role Strong knowledge of GAAP , financial reporting, and tax compliance Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred) Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment CPA designation (or working toward it) and experience in manufacturing or oilfield industries are considered assets If you are a motivated professional who takes pride in financial accuracy and enjoys working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you To Apply Please forward your resume and current references to TJ O’Donnell at Jetstream Personnel Consulting: #J-18808-Ljbffr
