As we scale, we need an Account Manager / Client Success Manager who can ensure our clients achieve success, maximize their ROI, and remain long-term partners.

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and relationship-focused Account Manager / Client Success Manager to work closely with our automotive dealership clients. You will act as the trusted advisor, ensuring dealers understand and leverage our platform to its full potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Client Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with dealers to drive retention and renewals.
  • Campaign Strategy & Performance Analysis – Review client data, analyze campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize results.
  • Account Maintenance & Renewals – Ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing account health, and proactive renewal discussions.
  • Video Meeting Presentations – Conduct strategy calls, performance reviews, and training sessions with dealership leadership.
  • Dealer Database & Industry Expertise – Understand dealership CRMs, sales funnels, and industry trends to provide insights and guidance.
  • Collaborate Internally – Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experiences and develop new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in Account Management / Client Success – Preferably in automotive SaaS, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills – Comfortable leading video meetings and explaining complex data in simple terms.
  • Automotive Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with dealer databases (e.g., CDK, DealerSocket, VinSolutions) and dealership sales
