You as a Corporate HSE Coordinator will support the team in several areas including, but not limited to: Collaborate with the HSE team to analyze, monitor, follow‑up and support the implementation of HSE programs and initiatives. Manage the subcontractor HSE prequalification process, including liaising with project teams and subcontractors to resolve documentation gaps. Maintain 3rd party HSE monitoring sites and complete client HSE prequalification requests. Assist in the development, review, and updating of the corporate Health & Safety program. Maintain and manage HSE tools, documents and data. Maintain the corporate HSE legal registry. Prepare and distribute hazard alerts, toolbox talks, safety bulletins and other communication material. Is this role right for you? Bachelor's degree or diploma/certificate in Health & Safety or related field 3‑5 years of related experience in health & safety. Experience with HSE prequalification & 3rd party monitoring systems is an asset. Understanding of HSE management systems and legislation. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and a technical aptitude. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
