Channel Marketing Associate (Junior/Entry Level) The Channel Marketing Associate is responsible for developing strategic marketing programs to integrate with i3’s partner plan to increase partner engagement and product adoption. You will play a key role in the development of strategic partner marketing programs, campaigns and events that drive partner recruitment, revenue acceleration, and engagement efforts. The Channel Marketing Manager will also work cross-functionally with various key stakeholders in the organization. Your Duties include: Developing and executing a comprehensive channel marketing plan that includes lead generation, sales enablement, and joint marketing activities. Working closely with channel partners to understand their needs and develop joint marketing programs that help them sell more effectively. Managing the budget for channel marketing activities and tracking ROI to ensure that investments are driving results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, sales, and business development to align channel marketing activities with overall company goals. Regularly measuring and analyzing channel marketing metrics to optimize performance, improve ROI, and ensure the company is effectively reaching its audience. Your Skillset: Marketing expertise. You possess knowledge of marketing theories, principles, and practices. You should be able to craft and execute marketing strategies that will result in the development and growth of various distribution channels. Data analysis. You should be able to analyze data related to sales, marketing, and customer behavior. This will help them in identifying areas of improvement and crafting new marketing strategies. Project management. You should be able to plan and oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously. Communicate effectively, and ensure that each project is launched on time, on budget, and achieves desired results. Collaboration. You should be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, distributors, and other marketing professionals. You’re a natural team player and be able to work closely with others to achieve common goals. Your Soft Skills Leadership. You can inspire and motivate their teams towards achieving common goals. Creativity. You think outside the box and devise new and innovative marketing strategies. Excellent communication skills. You’re an excellent communicator- both in writing and verbally. Flexibility.
