Program Administrator, Safran Cabin Safran Cabin, a division of Safran Group, is the world‑leading supplier of cabin interiors for regional, narrow‑body, wide‑body, business and military aircraft. The Program Administrator supports the Program Manager with a wide array of administrative tasks and reports directly to the Program Manager. Responsibilities Input purchase order and sales order information into the MRP system. Ensure accuracy of customer product configuration matrices and generate invoices based on purchase orders. Maintain records and files for open and closed customer orders with an organized, easily accessible system. Provide the customer with spares & rework quotations. Support the Accounting group for Inter‑company billing and assist with A/R collections as required. Process sales orders and issue invoices for Inter‑company orders. Provide product support services to the customer, coordinating with Program Management when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial aircraft interior or equivalent industry. Proficiency with Operating System® and Office XP® (must be able to learn other programs). Harris Canada Games Centre, ensuring efficient operation of fitness, recreation and sport programs. Key Responsibilities Manage daily drop‑in schedules, event and program registration in Xplor Recreation. Monitor and report budgets, tracking and reporting. Handle facility purchasing and contracts. Oversee employment administration, interview scheduling and onboarding. Maintain social media platforms and website content. Serve as first point of contact for community wellness and partnership events. Coordinate invoicing, refunds and customer communications. Maintain calendars, email accounts and handle routine correspondence. Provide statistical and revenue data reports to the Manager. Required Qualifications Two (2) years of post‑secondary training in Business Administration, Office Administration or equivalent. Minimum two years experience providing comprehensive administrative support. Excellent customer service skills and passion for working with students and the public. Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft Suite, Banner, Cognos. Independent decision‑making, problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; knowledge of administrative processes for large organizations. Demonstrated organizational, time‑management and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Current knowledge of post‑secondary education administration. Experience preparing letters, memos and correspondence accurately. Knowledge in modern office practice. Tenant and Community Services Program Coordinator – Toronto Community Housing Responsible for implementing and supervising recreational, economic development and engagement programs, ensuring proper use of resources and systemaccomplishments, and liaising with staff and community partners. Key Responsibilities Support, coach and develop staff team to meet program deliverables. Supervise staff, monitor performance and manage time off. Coordinate activities needed to implement program plans. Facilitate program evaluations and support data collection tools. Work with supervisor on training logistics and program planning. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (City of Toronto, Jays Care Foundation, etc.). Ensure safety of program/work spaces and report deficiencies. Monitor staff compliance with program procedures. Coordinate logistics for program delivery – moving supplies, ordering equipment. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree/diploma in social sciences or related discipline. CPR/First Aid level C mandatory. Experience supervising, leading or overseeing recreational programs. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Experience coaching and supporting sport programs; knowledge of recreational sports. Excellent communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills. Employment Details Full‑time Temporary – 36.25 hours/week, occasional evenings/weekends. Contract Length: Until 31 December 2025 (possible extension), Grade 4, Salary range $68,145.90 – $81,775.08.
