 Manhattan International is an industry-leading Distributor of premium apparel, with a strong presence in the North American market since 1992. With almost 30 years of experience in international and Canadian distribution, our portfolio has expanded to include in-house design and product development, Ecom and Retail.


Your Role:

We are seeking a passionate social media and affiliate Coordinator who is enthusiastic about the apparel universe and social networks. Your mission will be to invigorate our presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and to expertly manage our affiliate program. You will be the visual storyteller of our brand, a savvy strategist, and an innovator.


Responsibilities:


Premium Content Creation: Immerse yourself in our brand essence to design and manage content that engages and inspires our audience across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.

On-Site Creative Collaboration: Seize the unique opportunity to create live content, collaborating closely with our photographers and utilizing our internal photo studio.

Effective Affiliate Strategy: Develop and refine our affiliate network, creating strategic partnerships that enhance our visibility and influence.

Inspection and Innovation: Always be in search of new trends, leveraging data to guide our content and affiliate strategy toward sustained growth.

Community Interaction: Establish an authentic relationship with our online community, strengthening bonds with our audience and affiliates.


Qualifications:


Education and Passion: A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field, with a pronounced interest in social media and influence marketing.

Confirmed Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to engage online communities and drive effective affiliate strategies.

Organization and Teamwork: Excellent organizational ability and proficiency in working effectively as part of a team on various projects.

Aesthetic Sensibility and Precision: A particular attention to aesthetics and a concern for detail is essential for creating impactful content.

Technical and Linguistic Skills: Excellent writing skills in English and French. Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Position Type:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, permanent contract, on-site position.

Le Rôle :

Nous cherchons un coordinateur ou une coordinatrice des Médias Sociaux et Affiliés passionné(e) par l’univers de l’habillement et des réseaux sociaux. Votre mission sera de dynamiser notre présence sur les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) et de gérer avec brio notre programme d'affiliation. Vous serez le narrateur visuel de notre marque, un stratège perspicace et un innovateur.

 

Responsabilités Principales :

Création de Contenu Premium : Immergez-vous dans notre essence de marque pour concevoir et gérer un contenu qui engage, et inspire notre audience via diverses plateformes de médias sociaux, y compris Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube et Pinterest.

Collaboration Créative sur Site : Profitez de l'opportunité unique de créer du contenu en direct, en collaborant étroitement avec nos photographes et en utilisant notre studio photo interne.

Stratégie d'Affiliation Performante : Élaborez et perfectionnez notre réseau d'affiliation, créant des partenariats stratégiques qui accroissent notre visibilité et notre influence.

Inspection et Innovation : Soyez toujours en quête de nouvelles tendances, exploitant les données pour orienter notre stratégie de contenu et d'affiliation vers une croissance soutenue.

Interaction Communautaire : Établissez une relation authentique avec notre communauté en ligne, renforçant les liens avec notre public et nos affiliés.

 

Qualifications Recherchées :

 

Formation et Passion : Diplôme en Marketing, Communication ou domaine similaire, avec un intérêt prononcé pour les médias sociaux et le marketing d'influence.

Expérience Confirmée : Au moins un an d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, avec une capacité prouvée à engager les communautés en ligne et à conduire des stratégies d'affiliation efficaces.

Organisation et Travail d'Équipe : Excellente capacité d'organisation et aptitude à travailler efficacement en équipe sur divers projets.

Sens Esthétique et Précision : Une attention particulière à l'esthétique et un souci du détail, essentiels pour la création de contenu marquant.

Compétences Techniques et Linguistiques : Excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles en anglais et en français. Bonne connaissance des plateformes de médias sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Type de Poste :

Temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, contrat permanent, poste basé sur site.
