The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the marketing department including E-Commerce, Brand Marketing and Design. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team that works collaboratively and thinks outside the box.What’s In It For You?Competitive compensationComprehensive benefitsEducation and professional development assistanceRRSP matchingFitness incentivesRelocation allowanceWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:Leading and mentoring the marketing departmentEstablishing and implementing processes to algin strategies and responsibilities across e-commerce, design and brand marketingDeveloping and managing the annual department budgetDriving the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans for several different brandsOverseeing key goals in sales, brand marketing and content across all marketing channelsGuiding brand strategy and alignmentManaging and negotiating with 3rd parties and managing the relationships with public relations agencies, influencers, etc.Tracking, and optimizing the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiativesPlanning and executing digital marketing campaigns (paid advertising, email marketing, social media)Formulating and executing strategies to increase brand awareness through content marketing and enhancing Google rankingUtilizing SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive relevant trafficDeveloping customer engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty, increase customer lifetime value and encourage word of mouth trafficMonitoring and analyzing KPIs related to online sales, website traffic, conversion rates and customer acquisition costThe Ideal Candidate:Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field7+ years of digital brand management experiencePrevious experience leading social media, public relations, and content5+ years of leadership experienceProficiency in SEO, E-Commerce, Email Marketing and Google AnalyticsExperience with social media analytics platformsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeComplimentary Experience:Experience working with consumer goodsLogic Executive Search and Workplace Solutions is committed to providing accessible employment practices that follow the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
