Job Title Product Manager, Payments / Chef de produit, paiements at FlightHub Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Job Overview FlightHub Group, an ambitious team creating FlightHub and Justfly travel agencies, seeks a Product Manager for its in-house payment tool. You will manage payment gateways and processors, optimize transaction approval rates, and ensure seamless payment processing. Responsibilities Monitoring and analyzing transaction data to optimize payment acceptance. Managing payment gateways and processors: configure, maintain gateways, develop routing and retry logic. Optimizing strategies: refine retry logic, implement dynamic routing, manage transaction fees to maximize approval rates. Collaborating with internal teams (finance, IT, customer service) and external partners to address payment issues and improve processes. Maintaining and updating the payment system with latest features and security patches, continuously improving performance. Reporting and documentation: generate regular reports on transaction performance, maintain detailed documentation and optimize strategies based on data insights. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience with payment gateways, processors, and back‑office processing systems. Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis. Technical proficiency in payment processing systems, APIs, and integration methods. Effective problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills. Team player, communicates effectively in both English and French. Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to payment processing. Ability to manage large amounts of data and turn it into meaningful analysis. Position based in Montreal, Quebec, on‑site. Qualifications (French) 2 ans ou plus d'expérience dans une fonction similaire. Expérience des passerelles de paiement, des processeurs et des systèmes de traitement back‑office. Solides compétences analytiques et expérience dans l'analyse de données. Maîtrise technique des systèmes de traitement des paiements, des API et des méthodes d'intégration. Compétences efficaces en matière de résolution des problèmes, de communication et de documentation. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français. Compréhension des normes du secteur et des exigences réglementaires liées au traitement des paiements. Capacité à gérer de grandes quantités de données et à les transformer en analyses pertinentes.
