This includes resource and program planning, service and human resource integration and monitoring and evaluation of these activity outcomes. Works cooperatively with medical staff, the senior management team and other key stakeholders to meet NHA and NEHSDA goals, benchmarks and Excellence in Rural Health. Represents Northeast Acute Care Services to the community, other health care agencies, government departments and professional organizations as opportunities occur.Starting salary will be approximately from $116,591 to $145,739 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.Fort St. John Hospital and Health Centre has 44 Acute Care beds and 124 residential beds and is equipped to handle 22,000 ER visits per year. The population of Fort St John is over 21,400 but it services an area of approximately 70,000. The community is the hub of the Northeast with a cultural centre and library, theatre, and art space.
