Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at TechRyde. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for a range of tasks including lead generation, generating revenue, maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for account management tasks such as tracking and following up on leads, nurturing relationships, and managing customer accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales skills, with an ability to generate new leads, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills with an ability to engage with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions
  • Experience in Lead Generation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts through nurturing relationships with existing customers
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using Salesforce a plus
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and fellow team members
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently to achieve sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Additional beneficial skills include experience in the restaurant industry or in a technology sales role, knowledge of the digital ordering landscape, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
