Senior Financial Analyst (Contract) – Spin Master Spin Master is a leading global children's toy, entertainment and digital gaming company. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the implementation of an Enterprise Planning software system from a Corporate FPA perspective. The role is contract-based, reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate FPA. Responsibilities Collaborate with FPA stakeholders to understand business requirements, set expectations, and ensure effective communication throughout the project. Work with the business to confirm that requirements are well defined before the project begins. Assist in the planning, maintenance, and delivery of the Enterprise Planning system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact; regularly assess risks and implement corrective actions. Seek continuous opportunities to improve processes, tools, workflows and adopt best practices throughout the project. Develop and document workflows that adhere to accounting standards and financial policies, working collaboratively with various functions. Provide training and support to the Corporate FPA team. Provide regular updates to stakeholders with clear milestone status. Qualifications Knowledge and experience with ERP and planning software (SAP mandatory, Anaplan preferred). CPA designation (Preferred). Minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience in a public company setting or public accounting firm.
