Base pay range CA$40.00/hr - CA$50.00/hr Accounting & Finance Recruitment Associate Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (5 days/week in-office) Type: Contract (6 months, with strong potential for extension or conversion to full-time) About Our Client Our client is a large, publicly traded organization with a complex legal entity structure. They are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team and provide critical support through their year-end audit process. What You’ll Do Lead year-end audit support by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and detailed commentary Consolidate financial statements across multiple legal entities Prepare and review complex journal entries (accruals, intercompany, revaluations, etc.) Perform variance analysis, identify risks, and communicate findings to management Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy in reporting and strengthen internal controls Participate in preparing audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors Provide ad‑hoc financial insights and support as needed What You’ll Bring 3+ years of hands‑on accounting and audit experience Nice to be designated (CPA/CA) or in the process Strong experience working in a multi‑entity environment and consolidating financials Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and more) Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Availability to work from the office 5 days/week How to Apply If this sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you: please send your updated resume in MS Word format to Navneet Kaur at .
