Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Sharing our vision in building and growing purpose-driven initiatives
  • Meeting industry standards while delivering successful campaigns
  • Achieving fundraising targets and fostering sustainable, long-term donor acquisition via direct residential sales
  • Demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit to generate strong marketing and promotion results while increasing productivity and engagement
  • Delivering consistent results to help propel your campaign and further your cause
  • Scaling donor acquisition volume up while maintaining and improving quality

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire and raise brand awareness while delivering excellent customer service
  • Be passionate, eager for knowledge, and genuinely want to make a difference in this world
  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Be able to work full-time Monday to Friday
