Benefits Flexible health and dental insurance package Personal spending allowance for a healthy lifestyle RRSP with company matching ESPP (TSX:IFC) with matching component Dress‑for‑your‑day policy Competitive salary with bonus Employee discounts (Apple, Bell, Rogers, etc.) Paid time off: personal days, volunteer days, exam/study time, jury duty, 3 weeks vacation per year Recognized as one of Canada’s best employers (Kincentric 2024) What the Role Entails Build and lead a highly engaged team Drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experience Collaborate with management and peers to develop and execute business strategies Leverage team talents and regional collaboration to achieve goals Promote growth and brand awareness in the territory through marketing initiatives Recruit and staff the team effectively Coach and develop the team through regular one‑on‑one meetings and succession planning Execute engagement action plans and communicate company objectives to staff Maintain high service quality standards Improve customer experience using tools and programs Resolve service and sales issues, following up with clients on escalations Establish strong relationships with key insurer partners Prepare and monitor branch operating and expense budgets The Successful Candidate Will Have Leadership and management experience in commercial or personal insurance brokerage operations Track record of leading highly engaged teams across multiple locations Experience leading in a hybrid environment Understanding of internal and external customer needs Mandarin/Cantonese as a second language is an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Collaborative team player College or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Experience managing cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to maximize performance Willingness to travel within the region as needed BrokerLink is committed to providing an accessible environment.
