Reporting to the Controller, as an Invoicing and Inventory Analyst, you’ll be responsible for: Key Responsibilities Allocation of warehouse lot numbers to inventory within SAPB1 ERP system (35%) Completion of daily customer invoicing (25%) Monthly inventory reconciliation of 3rd party warehouse reports to internal ERP, adjusting as required. (20%) Liaison with external 3rd party warehouse providers to resolve discrepancies (10%) Liaison with internal Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Service departments to resolve discrepancies (10%) The Person We’re looking for someone who brings strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and thrives in a collaborative setting.
